5.4 Bonus Expiry

Any bonus that is not used within the specified time limit will be cancelled automatically. No claims will be accepted for expired bonuses.

Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets on betvisa apps are recorded in a real-time system. A bet that has been confirmed cannot be withdrawn or changed. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or clearly impossible odds due to a technical error, betvisa apps reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports match or event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets placed on that event are generally cancelled and the stake is refunded. However, different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

6.3 Game Results

Prohibited Activities

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any withdrawable funds in the account will be returned, but bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
